	「アブラハムの子」は、「Father Abraham had seven sons,・・・」という出だしの童謡です。原題は「Father Abraham」です。
	「マクドナルドじいさん飼っている」、「ビンゴ」などと同様に、歌詞の一部を増減させながら同じフレーズを繰り返す童謡です。歌詞の内容から子供に体操的な運動をさせるための歌ではないかと思います。
	日本の童謡とする説と、外国曲とする説があります。アメリカでも歌われるらしいという情報があるのですが、ワシントンDC在住のアメリカ人に聞いたところ、こんな歌は知らないということでした。youtubeで検索すると何件かひっかかりますから、有名かどうかは別として、アメリカで歌われるということは間違いないようです。
